Exploring Life & Business with Dr. Sydney Briner of Connected Health Center

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Sydney Briner, D.C.

Hi Dr. Briner, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Since I was in high school I knew I wanted to be a chiropractor to be able to help people naturally heal. Throughout my undergraduate and doctorate I learned more and more about chiropractic and the amazing benefits it has for more than just pain and it continued to drive my passion for natural health and wellness.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not always been a smooth road but I would not change it because everything I have done and been through has brought me here to be able to give, love, and serve this community here in Arizona. Serving this community has been a dream of mine since I was in high school and I couldn’t be happier to be here.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Connected Health Center – Phoenix?
I am a chiropractor who specializes in Gonstead Chiropractic with a passion for pediatric chiropractic, perinatal chiropractic, and family wellness care. I love helping healthy kids grow into healthy adults and helping moms, babies, and the whole family. I have taken extra training in extremity adjusting (shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, and feet) to better care for all populations. I am Webster technique certified through the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association).

Our office also offers massage because massage and chiropractic work well together. Massage works the muscles while chiropractic works with the spine and nervous system.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
I am new to living in Arizona and I love living here and being able to hike during the winter! I love the scenery, the outdoors, and that the state of Arizona has all four seasons. I grew up on the east coast and the change of scenery and warmer weather year-round has been great.
