Hi Larisa, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I moved to the USA and left all my “normal” life and had to start from the very beginning. I got lucky and had a chance to finally figure out what I want to do, what am I passionate about, and how would u make this world better. I felt I loved with baking, took lots of different classes, and started my small business. I love bringing people joy and the taste of France.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It was not smooth at all I had some very disrespectful customers who ruined my confidence I. What I’m doing. I got struggling with doubts like whether should I do that or I should find a “normal” job etc.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a French patisserie chef, who does custom cakes and French pastries I’m proud to keep doing what I love no matter what happens in life. I would say I put a piece of my soul into every single dessert I make, it’s not only “eat and forget” it’s about experiencing originally French dessert here in Phoenix.
Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs, or other resources you think our readers should check out?
My favorite book is “Transerfing of reality” it changed me a lot and helped me focus on the future I want for me and my family. I should say everyone should read it. I just love how easily it explains all our “earthly” problems and gives you the answers to almost everything.
