Daily Inspiration: Meet Gracie Suarez

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gracie Suarez.

Hi Gracie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
I started my Permanent Makeup career in 2019 in Woodland Hills, CA. While I was finishing my courses COVID-19 shut down started and I had to rush back home to my family in AZ. While I was gone, I already had filed to the city and state for my LLC and especially losing my job due to COVID layoffs, I had no other choice but to pursue my business thankfully after all the headaches I successfully open my doors to my business Midnight Beauty LLC on April 2019 in Yuma AZ. Year later the business has been growing and I was blessed to open a 2nd location in Scottsdale AZ.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Covid-19 Lost my job in the restaurant industry

And used every dime from savings

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I feel like my job isn’t really a job I love what I do! As I grow in this industry my work as well. I consider myself an artist because that’s what I do “ART” and my client is my canvas. I’m certified on (Lip Blush, Brows, Scalp Micro-pigmentation, Camouflaged tattoo) but as well I help with a lot more like confidence, scars, symmetry lips, burn victims, alopecia even help reconstruct the lips.

We’d love to hear about how you think about risk-taking?
I do consider myself a risk-taker because I never get scared, I’m always up for the challenge especially if it’s something I’ve never done before. You have to take risks in life to jump because you will never know what’s on the other side of the door.
