Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I was born in and raised in Europe (France & Scotland) of South African parents. I studied at Universities in America and South Africa. Economics, Communication, Sociology, Theater and Interior design.

I moved to the USA in 2004 lived in LA for 5 years and have been in NYC almost 13 years. When I moved to NYC I decided to work in Residential real estate because it was dynamic, encompassed many different skill sets and is entrepreneurial.

I cut my teeth at Corcoran for 5 years and then moved to Compass.

Compass is the fastest growing disruptor in the industry. We have a suite of tools and back office that eclipses all the competition. Agents are vetted in order to join. This ensures that we elevate the standard and quality of agents and our brand.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The largest struggle when starting out what to build relationships from scratch in a city where I had no history. This takes time.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
