Check Out Kevin Valle’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevin Valle.

Hi Kevin, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
As a native of Phoenix, Arizona, I have a passion for bettering others’ lives and expanding not only my knowledge but love to teach others as well. Prior to beginning Real Estate at North&Co. I helped lead the brokerage and hundreds of agents at Keller Williams. I have been appointed in the top 10 agents within my brokerage for the number of clients I served. Before Real Estate, I was a fitness professional for five years.

I worked in 2 large health clubs for two years until I chose to become an entrepreneur and opened Valle Fitness & Aesthetics. After some success over the years, I then decided to change fields and began helping people in a new way! Whether it’s first-time homebuyers, first-time sellers, or talented investors, I love having the opportunity to strategize and ensure a victory for my clients. More specifically, I specialize in creative “out-of-the-box” Real Estate strategies.

In 2021, my team helped a total of 27 families into new homes. In 2022, I am looking to make an even bigger impact in the Valley by helping 54 families succeed in their real estate journey!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
This has been such a joyous road to be on!

Don’t get me wrong it hasn’t been all rainbows and roses, however, the reward of serving so many people is worth every bump, unexpected turn, and roadblock! I have learned that change is the only thing constant and that knowledge keeps me alert and focused.

I believe the struggles become blurry when you see the successes that come from them.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a Realtor serving all of Maricopa County in Arizona. I started my Real Estate career six years ago and have loved the journey I’ve been on.

I help people strategize and put together a game plan to get their real estate goals accomplished whether it’s selling a pro-folio of houses, multifamily, or their very first home. I serve first-time home buyers, investors, and traditional buyers. I enjoy building relationships with my clients the most. My success has come from building really close relationships with a lot of my past clients.

It is such a cool opportunity to meet new people through referrals and build amazing friendships from there. I am most proud of my journey of overcoming adversity and learning each and every day. I have seen myself, my business, and my fellow realtors grow through the stages in this industry.

What sets me apart from others is my desire to see my clients win a good deal on a home or be able to get my clients the most amount of money for their house, which helps them achieve their goals and ultimately changes their lives!

What was your favorite childhood memory?
I would have to say my favorite childhood memory is helping my dad wire custom shades, run wire, install switches and outlets, and hang fans.

I used to wake up super early during the summer to go to the job sites, which were these beautiful estates throughout Silver Leaf, Troon, Boulders and so many other noteworthy neighborhoods that I had NO idea about growing up, but boy was it a daydream driving through those neighborhoods at 13/14 years old.

I didn’t know it then as I was just there to work on electrical, but I admired and respected the architecture, finishes, design, layouts, and overall footprint of these homes.
