Art & Life with FAMMOB Proph

Today we’d like to introduce you to FAMMOB Proph.

FAMMOB, please kick things off for us by telling us about yourself and your journey so far.
I’m the orphan son of a guitar player and a cocaine addict. I grew up in Tucson, AZ listening to Blues, R&B, Rap, Rock, and Gospel. I started off beat boxing around the age of five which turned into writing lyrics. I sharpened my skills while in and out of corrections facilities from the age of 9 to 20. I put my first mix tape out at 21 and been pursuing music ever since.

Can you give our readers some background on your art?
I feel like my art is multidimensional. The fact that I’m highly sensitive and have an old soul, allows the music I make connect to your spirit. Words have power. My words paint pictures on your cerebellum. Life, death, and everything in between inspires my music. I hope that whatever a listener is in need of he/she could find in my music. My art is genuinely hard and comes from a sincere place.

In your view, what is the biggest issue artists have to deal with?
Staying motivated because chasing your dream, you run into discouragement, distractions, disbeliefs etc. and though it’s hard we keep going.

What’s the best way for someone to check out your work and provide support?
My website is I have music on iTunes Spotify follow me on all social media platforms @fammb_proph.
